Southern Hospitality Catering and Personal Chef Service was created by self-taught chef Craig Bradshaw over 10 years ago as a way to share his food and Southern heritage with more people.

 Craig and his wife Jennifer manage the daily operations and cater events from  10-100 people. Chef Craig has managed many full-service restaurants including Demos'  Steak and Spaghetti House,
Romano's Macaroni Grill, and The Cheesecake Factory and has cooked in some of Brentwood's  favorite restaurants including Copeland's of New Orleans and Puffy Muffin.

Chef Craig specializes in authentic Southern-American cuisine with a more healthy twist. Southern Hospitality uses no lard in the recipes. Only lean vegetable and
meat stocks are used to create the flavorful comfort foods for which he is known. He also enjoys cooking Cajun and Italian cuisines and believes freshness in ingredients in second to none.
