Executive Chef Craig Bradshaw opened Southern Hospitality Catering in the spring of 1994, with a vision of creating Middle Tenneesee's finest catering service. After training with some of the finest chefs in the Southeastern United States and Managing many casual dining and upscale restaurants, Chef Craig has a firm understanding of food and beverage. Chef Craig also operates a successful restaurant consulting business, Southern Hospitality Consulting . Bradshaw infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Chef Craig has cooked at some of Middle Tennessee's best restaurants including, Romano's Macaroni Grill, The Cheesecake Factory, Copeland's of New Orleans, Demos' Steak and Spaghetti House, and has owned two very successful restaurants featuring Southern Cuisine.
