Let Southern Hospitality Catering  create a themed-event for your next party!  We can take all of the work out of your next event, you just have to show up!  Choose from a theme below, call us with the guest count and send out your invitations-You're Done!  SHC will even create online invitations and you can email them to all of your friends.  After that, you can watch the R.S.V.P's start coming in and event get email alerts when someone replies!  Choose from a bachelor's party, ladies night, bridge or bunco party, wedding rehearsal dinner, Luau in your backyard or poolside.  Check it out!  We offer free consultation for any event-call or email us today for more information.   • Southern BBQ



    Slow-Smoked until fall-off-the bone tender!  We offer BBQ spareribs, pulled pork, babyback ribs, and beef brisket.  Pair any one of those with some good ol' Southern sides like Mamma's potato salad, green beans, corn-on-the-cob,and Garlic bread and you have a winning combination sure to please your guests.

     We will show up to your place with smoker in tow and some fresh vegetables ready to cook.  We can provide a full selection of beverages iced-down and ready to cool you off, you pick.   We can transform your backyard into a truly special, southern-style hoe-down complete with country music, hay, and waitresses in Daisy Dukes if you like.  Call or email today and ask for the "Southern BBQ" themed package.   • Ladies Luncheon


     

    A semi-formal affair in your dining room or on your patio.  Invite your favorite friends to share in the enjoyment of some of our most popular selections.  Choose from Chicken Salad sandwiches with seedless Chilean grapes, Hellman's mayonaisse, and a touch of celery, gourmet Pimento Cheese or Albacore tuna sandwiches, fresh sprouts, pineapple congealed salad, and baby yeast rolls.  We combine the above with lemon-poppy bread or petit fours and you have a ladies luncheon guaranteed to please your palate and your friends.  Fruit Tea or Raspberry lemonade Starting at $10.95 per person with a 20 person minimum. 

  • Hawaiian Luau

     

     Grass skirts, hula hoops, gaudy colored lights, and Krazy karaoke all paired with delicious BBQ fare.  We offer grilled pineapple and other fresh fruit.  Chicken Luau with an Polynesian marinade over long grain steamed rice, BBQ pork Asian style, or Mahi Mahi  grilled to perfection while brushed with lemon butter.  Many delicious finger foods prepared on the grill poolside.  We offer different tropical drinks sure to quench your thirst.  Call or email today and ask for the Luau.  Starting at $11.95 per person
