"If you have never tried Chef Craig's cooking (Southern Hospitality), you haven't eaten!!! He catered a brunch for me yesterday and EVERYONE loved the food. I tried to take credit but Craig was there to help out and I just couldn't lie. LOL Thank you Craig for a wonderful meal, true southern hospitality, and allowing me to spend time with my guests (since I didn't do anything but open the door and welcome my guests.) It was wonderful. People stayed into the evening and I loved it!!!"
